The notable Sheila Bridges stopped by the 106.7 WTLC studio with Karen Vaughn Thursday to dish on teaming up with local designers and even gave tips for Indy residents who are having guests for the Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday seasons.

She has been named “America’s Best Designer” by CNN and Time.com and is now in Indy for the 15th annual Home for the Holidays at the legendary O’Neal home on the heart of the Christian Theological Seminary campus. Bridges has designed for music icons like Andre Harrell and former U.S. President Bill Clinton.

While at WTLC she also opened up about her new book, The Bald Mermaid, A Memoir, that tells the story of her struggle with Alopecia Areata and losing her hair as well as how she got started in design and became the legendary professional that she is.
