Tyler Perry is facing another copyright infringement lawsuit!

In the lawsuit, William claims he sent Tyler a 2009 screenplay called “Lovers Kill” which became the basis for Tyler’s 2013 flick Temptation: Confessions of a Marriage Counselor. Let’s hope it ain’t so!

This is the second copyright infringement lawsuit that Tyler has faced in the past 12 months. In November of 2012, author, Terri Donald claimed he sent Tyler a copy of his 2007 novel, Bad Apples Can Be Good Fruit, which he accused the director of turning into his 2012 film, Good Deeds. A New York federal judge dismissed the claim.  Source
