It’s official? Joseline and Stevie J were caught flaunting what we believe to be engagement rings while dropping off new music at “The Big Tigger Show” in Atlanta. Kandi Burruss witnessed the rock then posted it on her Instagram account, adding fuel to the rumor mill. According to reports, Jos and Stebbie got engaged in Puerto Rico while shooting her video for “Mi Colta.”
