A silver alert was issued early Thursday for a missing Lawrence man, Indiana State Police said.
Clayborne Lewis, 85, was last seen in the 5100 block of North Franklin Road in Lawrence about 4:30 Wednesday afternoon.
Lewis is a black man, 5 feet 11 inches tall and 170 to 180 pounds.
Lewis was wearing a white T-shirt, a black and white sweater vest, suspenders and maroon pants, police said. He also wears eyeglasses.
Police said Lewis might be in need of medical attention.
