According to Broadway World, Call Me Crazy will focus on themes of mental health and include “five interwoven stories about how everlasting bonds of love and family can overcome life’s most challenging hurdles.”

Hudson will star in the short “Maggie,” a story about a female veteran who returns home from war and deals with the affects of posttraumatic stress disorder. Spencer will appear in “Lucy,” a short film about a law student who learns to live with schizophrenia through the help of her friends and psychotherapist.

“Through the five shorts named after each title character — Lucy, Eddie, Allison, Grace and Maggie – powerful relationships built on hope and triumph raise a new understanding of what happens when a loved one struggles with mental illness,” Lifetime reports.

Call Me Crazy is executive produced by Jennifer Aniston, Marta Kauffman, Kristin Hahn, Kevin Chinoy and Francesca Silvestri. It’s scheduled to premiere Saturday, April 20 on Lifetime.
