IMPD is still looking for the ex-boyfriend of the woman involved in a deadly car crash near Castleton on Saturday. Police say they want to talk to Seantel Mardsen about the crash and are looking for his 2001 Ford F350 Dually truck that may have front end damage. Shanntel Lewis told investigators Mardsen rammed her vehicle from behind several times before she crossed the median and hit another vehicle head-on. Lewis’ passenger died at the hospital.

Changes announced by IndyGo several months ago are in effect. Officials say buses now depart at least every 20-minutes along Route 39, portions of Route 8 and Route 10. Route 28 also offers more late-night and weekend trips to St. Vincent Hospital and St. Vincent Women’s Hospital, but no longer goes to the Pyramids and Michigan Road.

A bill that would allow Indianapolis Motor Speedway to collect money to be used for renovations will be introduced today. State Senator Michael Young says by making the speedway an Indiana Motorsports District, IMS could collect up to five-millions dollars year from state sales, income and corporate taxes at the speedway. IMS would also contribute about two-million-dollars a year for improvements such as new video billboards, better lighting and more modern grandstands.

A billboard company is trying to get the city to lift its decade-old ban on digital billboards.
