Chad Johnson has been charged for head butting estranged wife, Evelyn Lozada. If convicted, he could serve up to a year in jail.
Chad was arrested about a month ago after allegedly head butting Evelyn in an argument that turned ugly after she found a condom receipt. She filed for divorce a couple days later. Meanwhile, he still refuses to sign divorce papers. The two married on July 4.
