BET is filling out the cast for upcoming original series “The Real Husbands of Hollywood.”
We toldya Boris Kodjoe has been added to Kevin Hart’s series based on his skit from BET’s 2011 awards show. Check them out on set! Formerly titled “House Husbands,” the show mimics the “Real Housewives” franchise from a male perspective.
The series combines scripted and improvised dialogue, similar to the production style of HBO’s “Curb Your Enthusiasm.”
Sexy Boris Kodjoe can’t wait to get started on the show. He’s reportedly ready to show off a lighter side of himself. (no pun intended)
Kevin Hart, Nelly and Nick Cannon star, while Robin Thicke, J.B. Smoove, Boris Kodjoe, Duane Martin and Faizon Love have recently been added.
Showrunner Ralph Farquhar will exec produce with Hart, Chris Spencer, Tim Gibbons, Dave Becky, Stan Lathan and Jesse Collins.
BET has given the series a 10-episode order.
