To Calm Down
Women say there is nothing more belittling or aggravating than a man who tells you to calm down.
Telling her to “relax” or “calm down” is basically the same thing as telling her she’s overreacting to a problem, which is really condescending.
Telling her to settle down.
Take it easy
Or chill
Are all better ways of communicating.
