Well of course Indy didn’t make the list! We are “nice” folks! :-)

8. Phoenix/ Scottsdale ( probably because it’s too hot and all those retired folks don’t help)
7. Atlanta ( cuz everybody from all the other cities on the list keep moving there!)

4. LA ( was #1 last year)

1. New York City ( shocked?)
