Admit to yourself your own insecurities. Trying to hide them, just makes it worse. It’s okay to admit you have short-comings and weaknesses. It’s important to be honest with yourself. Sometimes when you face them, you even realize it’s not really that bad.

  • There’s always something we wish we had, or a certain way we can improve our look. We are all equal individuals. We all just come in different ways. Don’t dwell on what someone has, that you don’t. Because there’s something you have, that they want too.

  • Improve who you are. It can either be what you’re insecure about or, just something in general. If it’s your appearance, maybe you set a goal to lose weight. Whatever you do, remember step one. When you achieve this, actually have a positive attitude and accept what you have done. Don’t sit there and still dwell on something else. Feel good and acknowledge your accomplishments.

Humble yourself. I honestly think this is a very important step. People can tell the difference between insecurity and confidence. Being cocky and trying to compare how better you are than someone else is false confidence. It’s actually insecurity, since you need to witness others short-comings, just to feel good about you.

Anything is possible. Don’t thank negatively, or you’ll get negative results. You can overcome anything you want in life, if you develop the right mindset. Don’t be afraid to challenge your insecurities, because that’s going to be the only way to over come them.
