Encouraging family and friends help to create an atmosphere of security and confidence.

    Create healthier eating habits. Cut down on: sweets, salt, and spicy foods; because those types of dishes affect the heart and are the main factors of strokes or heart attacks. The main source of each of our bodies is the heart. If the heart stops working, then the rest of our bodies can’t function correctly. When you go grocery shopping, try to add more: vegetables, fruits, bake or broil your meats instead of frying, and embrace some nature snack dishes. Your body will thank your in the long run.

    Adjust or change your sleep habits. Try to get to bed at the same time every night. If your an adult 7 hours and for children/teens 8 -9 hours. This way you’ll wake up: refreshed, alert, and with a different out look on life. What you thought last night was going to kill you, today after a good night’s sleep; you see is as a chance of making you: stronger, wiser, and careful in your venture.

    Do whatever brings pleasure to you. Such as: If writing helps you feel relaxed then start a: blog, create your own online writing site, write in a journal everyday, join a site like eHow.com, where you can write and get paid for it, or join your children’s school newspaper. One of our proudest memories were when our 4 Diamonds(sons) principal asked us to join the school newspaper last semester. We were the first parents to be members and have our articles published.

    Maybe you love to meet new people, listen to, or produce music. If that’s the case join a: church choir, school band, or form your own band. Finally, is reading your past time? Then initiate a book club, get together a few family and friends, select a book, choose a location, prepare or purchase a healthy snack, and have a party of social and fun reading.
