Apparently, Ms. Beard had a cell phone call that was to long and extremely to loud. Travelers on AM Track were all up in Lakeyshia’s business, not because they were being nosy but because she was talking “TOO DAMN LOUD!” Passenagers repeatedly asked Ms. Beard to keep her conversation to herself and/or get off the phone.
