Keke Wyatt is back and pulling hard for R&B fans with the just released album “Who Knew”.
In a recent interview, Wyatt addressed what she believes is a missing element in R&B — Love. While she has nothing against fun and flirty records like “Drop It Low,” Wyatt says “there is a time and place for everything”.
“R&B is rhythm and blues, and it’s for lovers,” Wyatt told the AJC. “When you are with your lover sitting on the couch, you want to listen to something that is going to make you fall in love; not “Drop it, drop it low, girl.”
As previously reported, Wyatt’s “Who Knew?” was released February 23.
